Business Center Erfurt-West

The Business Centre Erfurt-West is distinguished by its ideal situation at an important traffic junction that connects Erfurt, Arnstadt, Weimar, Gotha, Eisenach, Jena and Leipzig. All of these destinations can be easily reached by car within a short while.

Erfurt Airport is less than 15 minutes away by car. The city centres of Erfurt and Arnstadt are accessible by public transport. This makes the location especially attractive to people who need to meet their business partners and customers in the region fast and frequently.

The Business Centre consists of 12 separate buildings each situated on its own parcel. The three storey buildings provide a floor space between 1.000 and 1.200 square meters.

Each of them can be adapted to the tenant’s requirements. Non-bearing walls allow office sizes from 25 to 300 square meters. This partitioning enables individual economic solutions regarding utilities.

The Business Centre was completed in 1993 and 1994. Most of the buildings are rented to authorities of Thuringia.
