The Business Centre consists of 12 separate buildings each situated on its own parcel. The three storey buildings provide a floor space between 1.000 and 1.200 square meters.
Each of them can be adapted to the tenant’s requirements. Non-bearing walls allow office sizes from 25 to 300 square meters. This partitioning enables individual economic solutions regarding utilities.
The Business Centre was completed in 1993 and 1994. Most of the buildings are rented to authorities of Thuringia.
