Erwin-Walter Graebner, born in 1939, is one of the most distinctive entrepreneurial figures in Germany’s real estate industry. During his career he brought up important innovations both in the field of tax-privileged investments and private property ownership. One of them is the development of the so-called ”Bauherrenmodell„.

Being responsible as a developer and financial adviser for approximately 25.000 housing units, 20 hotels and being a long term part owner of LTU Group, the third largest conglomerate in the German tourism industry, his experience and advice is requested by banks, co-developers and private universities.

Since 1990 Erwin-Walter Graebner addressed himself to the restoration of listed buildings – a subject for which he received an appointment as a lecturer at the European Business School (EBS) International University Schloß Reichartshausen.

Christoph Linnemann, born in 1953, joined Convalor in 1979. Since 1999 he is Managing Director taking care of all real estate and hotel management activities. Another focus of his work is Senior Citizen Housing projects.

Mr. Linnemann is also Managing Director of several affiliates of Convalor GmbH and of Seniorensitz Humboldthöhe GmbH and Kölner Seniorenwerk Christophorus gGmbH.

Jan Hendrik Froesch, born in 1971, is a lawyer and corporate counsel since 1999. He joined Convalor in 2007 as a counsel with statutory authority and became member of the management in 2008.

After several years of working as a counsel for a middle-sized engineering and real estate development company in Cologne and for Bilfinger Berger AG, an internationally active construction and services group which covers the fields of real estate, industrial plant and infrastructure.

Jan Hendrik Froesch has sound experience in the field of real estate law, construction and engineering law.

Jan Hendrik Froesch is also member of the board of Amplio Hotel Investments A.S. and is working as a lawyer.

Tatjana Hartmann, born in 1968, was a trainee as hotel employee at the Bristol Hotel Kempinski Berlin. After several positions in the hotel industry she worked in a public relations office and an advertising agency for two years.

1994 she continued her hotel career focusing on marketing and distribution and became the manager of Hotel Alexander Plaza Berlin in 1997. Since 2004 Tatjana Hartmann is working for Classik Hotel und Touristik GmbH, since 2007 as company officer with statutory authority. Tatjana Hartmann is responsible for the management of the four hotels currently operated by Convalor and is in charge of the development, purchasing and operation of further hotels.

Ute Nickel, born in 1958, completed her business management apprenticeship at the Municipality of Cologne. After years of experience as assistant in construction companies she joined Convalor Group in 1994.

Since then she is personal assistant to Mr. Linnemann and responsible for accounting, payment transactions and project coordination.

After a business management training Katharina Mazat joined Convalor in 1980 taking care of accounting and the handling of financings of tax-privileged investments.

Over the following years she gained wide experience in all fields of the sales order process and construction management and finally assumed the coordination of all internal affairs. Since 2005 she is Mr. Graebner’s personal assistant.

Brigitte Pax, born in 1959, completed a bank apprenticeship and from 1970 to 2005 worked for several real estate companies with focus on leasing and property management.

She joined Convalor in 2006 where she is responsible for leasing matters and dealing with the owners’ associations of Convalor’s and its affiliates own properties.

On 1st September 2009 Katharina Schäfer started an apprenticeship as „Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation“ at Convalor Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-GmbH.
