We invest in strategy, development and financing of enterprises that are breaking new grounds with entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, enthusiasm and a broad investment horizon. Due to our long-time ties to real estate business our focus is on enterprises of this industry. Nonetheless we are also interested in investing in renewable energies, technology, natural resources and media.

Short-run “buy-and-sell”-operations are not our business.
