Next to a rewarding and reliable return a major objective has been the acquisition of property in high-profile areas. For that reason we hold a large amount of listed buildings in our assets.

Convalor's property assets are usually owned by special purpose entities whereas the investing company primarily is Convalor Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (Convalor GmbH). Convalor GmbH was founded by Erwin-Walter Graebner in 1974. He was joined managing the company in 1999 by Christoph Linnemann who is working for the Convalor Group for more than 25 years now and in July 2008 by Jan Froesch.
